Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of an approximately 207,300 square foot Behavioral Health Services Center comprised of a 66-bed acute psychiatric hospital for children, adolescents and adults, a 50-bed Emergency Psychiatric Facility, a Mental Health Urgent Care Facility, associated support areas. Project will include a tunnel connection to the Receiving and Support Center, and a bridge connection to the Main Hospital. Includes the following increments which combined make up the new BHSC Project: Increment 1 – Foundation, Structural frame, and under slab utilities: deep foundations, concrete foundations, steel superstructure, gravity and lateral systems, proprietary BRB system, utility pathways under building slab, misc. steel, bridge & tower superstructure. Increment 2 - Building Envelope Site & Site Utilities: exterior walls (thermal envelope), stairs and elevators, landscape and irrigation, and sitework. Increment 3 - Interior Improvements: interior build-out for building, tunnel and bridge, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, security, fire alarm, fire protection, equipment and furniture anchorage, nurse call, pneumatic tube system (installation per HCAI and local applicable codes).
