Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of an approximately 140,000 square foot Behavioral Health Services Center comprised of a 66-bed acute psychiatric hospital for children, adolescents and adults, a 50-bed Emergency Psychiatric Facility, a Mental Health Urgent Care Facility, associated support areas. Project will include a tunnel connection to the Receiving and Support Center, and a bridge connection to the Main Hospital. Includes: Increment 1 ñ Foundation, Structural frame, and under slab utilities: deep foundations, concrete foundations, steel superstructure, gravity and lateral systems, proprietary BRB system, utility pathways under building slab, misc. steel, bridge & tower superstructure. Increment 2 - Building Envelope Site & Site Utilities: exterior walls (thermal envelope), stairs and elevators, landscape and irrigation, and sitework. Increment 3 - Interior Improvements: interior build-out for building, tunnel and bridge, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, security, fire alarm, fire protection, equipment and furniture anchorage, nurse call, pneumatic tube system. Increment 4 ñ Not within scope. (For reference only. Performed under preceding project PS3 Parking Structure Demolition.) Increment 5 - Delegated Design scope for Building Services: rainscreen anchorage, emergency generator/enclosure, system design details, vertical distribution including riser, elevators/vertical transportation genset, faÁade/skin engineering. Increment 6 - Delegated Design Scope for Interior Overhead MEP Supports and Seismic Anchorage: seismic point-load analysis and seismic anchorage and bracing for utilities
