New devices required. Fire alarm panel, Smoke detectors, horn strobes, dual action pull stations, addressable monitor modules, cellular communicator as well as corresponding wiring to enable functionality of the newly installed devices. INSTALLATION / LABOR: Awarded Bidder shall perform the following tasks: Contractor to install, mount, commission, and test new fire alarm devices, such as fire alarm panel, fire alarm pull stations, fire alarm smoke detectors, fire alarm horn strobes, addressable monitor modules and cellular communicator. Currently an existing fire alarm system is in place but needs to be separated into two sections within the building. A new fire alarm system and corresponding devices will need to be installed rewired to function for one half of the building Warehouse (east side) and the other half of the building glenchur (west side) will stay in place and need to be functional. Fire alarm devices must be installed and tested for proper operation and functionality to meet required codes. All needed equipment, materials, and tools needed to install, mount, interface, commission, and test fire alarm devices shall be provided by contractor. Scope of work will be performed within HDMACC Warehouse/Glenchur.
