The proposed study consists of completing National Register of Historical Places (NRHP) / California Register of Historic Resources (CRHR) evaluations for 10 historic-era archaeological resources (see Table 1) located at Camp Roberts, CA. This effort will include phased work consisting of three broad components: (1) an initial data collection and historical context development phase; (2) an archaeological testing phase; and (3) a reporting phase consisting of draft and final reports summarizing the results of both historical research and archaeological fieldwork. To provide guidance in accomplishing these phases of work, this SOW summarizes each of the 10 archaeological resources in Section IV.D.6 below and identifies the anticipated stages of research and evaluation work specific to each resource.
