1. Jet grouting along approximately 380 linear feet of retaining wall within the limits as shown in the plans including related mobilization and demobilization. 2. Project Management and Coordination including but not limited to On-Site Work Hours, Work Coordination and Notifications with the District, tenants, and the public. 3. Coordination and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulatory requirements including but not limited to Vehicular and Pedestrian Safety, Construction Pollution Prevention Plan (Exhibit B, Coastal Development Permit, In-water work (Exhibit C, ACOE RGP 72), Construction Debris Removal and Disposal. 4. Prior to submitting a bid price for Jet Grouting, the grouting Contractor shall conduct a site inspection and review available subsurface information (including geotechnical borings). Prior to bid, Contractor shall verify the suitability of his methods for the project based on the conditions indicated by the subsurface information provided. 5. It is intended that the Work be completed in every respect under the Contract Document, and such items or details not mentioned above or not included in the Bid Schedule that are required by the Contract documents (as defined in Subsection 5.1.2.6 of the General Conditions) shall be furnished, performed, placed, constructed, or installed by the Contractor.
