The City of Fontana is accepting RFQ’s from Municipal Records/Document Management Consulting firms to provide Municipal Records/Document Management Consulting Services for future City projects. Interested firms may submit their qualifications for individual Municipal Records/Document Management Consulting Services as listed in the RFQ for which they are qualified to provide Municipal Records/Document Management Services. Upon final selection, a short list from qualified Municipal Records/Document Management firms will be determined for each software development service. Once qualified, each qualified firm would still be required to submit a proposal for each project. The short list will be good for three years. No additional specifications were given.
