The Scope of Services shall include, but not be limited to the following services outlined below: A. Conversion of existing Charter and Municipal Code Existing Charter and Municipal Code (Code) should be converted to conform in appearance and format in a manner consistent with the existing Code structure (i.e. titles, chapters, and sections must be maintained). 1. Electronic Copy of Code. The Vendor shall provide the City with an initial electronic print version of the converted Code in PDF format, or any chosen format requested by the City. The electronic print version shall be formatted to print on standard 8 ½ x 11 paper. 2. Incorporate Ordinances. The Vendor shall incorporate into the Code, in the appropriate places, all ordinances enacted subsequent to the last codified ordinance. The amended or repealed provisions will be removed and the new provisions inserted. 3. Incorporate Map, Diagram, Chart and Tables Pages. The Vendor shall incorporate into the Code, in the appropriate places, all map, diagram, chart and/or table pages as requested by the City. Including supplemental tables of general information not codified in the Code. 4. Index and Tables. The Vendor shall maintain a general alphabetical subject index, referencing each section of the Code. The Contractor shall use the terminology of the City’s ordinances, common synonyms and local terminology or “buzz words” provided by the City and the Contractor’s indexers. The cross-reference style and format of the index will be set after consultation with the City. The index should be specifically designed to remain accurate with subsequent Code updates, with minimal reprinting. Additional tables may be requested by the City.
