The selected agency will be responsible for supporting approximately 36 individuals in collecting and organizing required documentation needed to establish eligibility for affordable housing units in a new apartment complex in West Hollywood. This includes but is not limited to obtaining and reviewing the following documentation: Social Security Income (SSI) award letters Bank statements State-issued IDs or other legal identification Housing history or homelessness verification (if applicable) The agency will also help individuals and their circles of support complete documentation and applications required for tenancy consideration. Regular and frequent communication with regional center staff and other stakeholders will be required to ensure timely and coordinated efforts. The expectation is that all required documentation is fully prepared and updated as needed to support leasing efforts. Furthermore, the agency will track work completed by individual including, but not limited to, documentation received, documentation pending and any other follow-up needs. We anticipate that approximately 20 hours per person will be needed to accomplish these tasks.
