To lease or purchase a new multifunction machine for SRTA’s office needs. We are looking to upgrade our current equipment using the latest technology available to meet our present and anticipated future needs (scanning, copying, printing in color and using black toner only, and fax). Our current MFM is a Kyocera 5052ci color MFP copier, that is seven years old and needs replacing. SRTA seeks proposals from vendors on a new unit that provides the following minimum features: • Copy – Color, and Black and White. • Scan – Both email and network folder. Color, and Black and White. Scan minimum of 600x600 DPI. • Print – Color, and Black and White. • Fax – From desk and walkup. • Document storage hard drive. • Four paper drawers, plus a bypass table. • Staple, finish, collate, three-hole punch. • Job Interrupt feature. • Easy to use software. • Copy 60-70 pages per minute (minimum speed; proposals can propose a faster unit). • Exterior mailbox with 6-8 trays.
