The Contractor will provide delivery / moving services, including furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to uncrate, deliver, relocate, pick-up, and return of various goods and materials between the DWR Central Warehouse at 1721 13th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 and DWR Headquarters at 715 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814; and including other DWR satellite offices listed in SOW, Section 2, Service Location and public outreach events within the State of California. The Contractor will also assemble and set in place non-modular, freestanding furniture items such as desks, chairs and filing cabinets. This function will include weekly deliveries and / or daily moving services, or as required by workload on an as-needed basis and include the following types of goods and materials: a. Palletized cases of paper and publications b. Office commodities c. Information technology goods d. Furniture and related items – in use and unused e. Modular furniture pieces (panels, work surfaces, components - the modular furniture will be previously disassembled and staged for relocation, and upon being moved will not be reassembled by the Moving Contractor) f. Heavy electrical and mechanical equipment – in use and unused g. Storage components – in use and unused h. Movement of confidential records and materials to the State Records Center i. Blueprints j. Boxes k. Office contents l. Plants m. Libraries n. Electronic equipment: telephones, computers, hardware
