Moving services will include: a. Furnish and deliver all clean-up bins & packing materials i. Moving crates will be used for the mechanical shop & kitchen packing only; O&I boxes will be used for individual office contents ii. Determination of counts are included in Attachment H, Pricing Matrix b. Packing assistance of: • Kitchen perishables & dry goods • Kitchen small wares, e.g. utensils, pots, trays, etc. • Inmate supplies, including shoes, clothing, mattresses, towels, etc. • Mechanical shop, including tools, hardware, machinery, etc. c. IT support, to include: i. Unbox monitors, keyboards, mice & docking stations ii. Attach monitor bases and place on work surfaces, along with keyboards, mice & docking stations d. Removal of computer monitor boxes and trash at destination e. Physical move, anticipated to occur over 5 business days f. Removal & disposal of clean-up bins, as needed, and leftover packing materials at origin g. Unpacking assistance h. Fine tuning at destination i. Post move support j. Two post-move crate & box pick-ups
