Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to set up small and large outdoor movies the below locations and dates, as requested by our Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency for our summer “Movies in the Park” series. Services include portable screens, sound systems, secondary Bluetooth player to sync Bluetooth headphones with translation services, and licensing for movies selected by City Staff. Additional required services would include inflatables or activities similar to inflatables for families to use prior to the start of the movies. Currently, there are seven different movie nights, every Friday beginning June and finishing up in July. There may be an additional 2 movie events taking place in the Fall and Winter.
