2. Project Scope The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, trucks, and equipment to complete the following scope of work: • Pack classroom furniture and curriculum into provided or contractor-supplied boxes • Label and inventory items by room and destination • Transport all items from Mount Madonna High School (8750 Hirasaki Ct, Gilroy, CA) to Antonio Del Buono Elementary School (9300 Wren Ave, Gilroy, CA) • Place boxes, furniture, and equipment into assigned classrooms and offices at the destination • Coordinate with District staff for layout, labeling, and access • Complete move within the District’s required summer timeline • Movers will NOT be installing systems or modular furniture or fixtures.
