The existing bridge on M276 over Kramer Creek (Br. No. 46C0313) consists of a single span reinforced concrete slab bridge measuring approximately 24.9-ft long by 23-ft wide. It is supported on reinforced concrete seat abutments with non-monolithic reinforced concrete wingwalls, all on spread footings. Constructed in 1932, this single-lane bridge is located approximately 15 miles northeast of the community of Springville. According to the most recent Bridge Inspection Report (BIR) performed on July 22, 2024, the bridge has a sufficiency rating of 48.6 and is classified as being in fair condition (NBI Item 60 rating of 5). However, the structure has been identified as scour critical (NBI Item 113 has a rating of 3) due to footing exposure and undermining at the abutments.
