Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Richmond Police Department is soliciting quotes from qualified local vendors to furnish and mount a motorized security gate system for access control within the parking lot of the police department at 1701 Regatta Blvd. The following identifies the scope of work to be performed:The (2) security gates will be 6 ft. in height to accommodate a total opening of 30 ft. for vehicular traffic. The gates will be galvanized schedule 40 pipe with (2) LiftMaster CSW24U motorized commercial single swing gate operator. The (3) loop detectors will be a LiftMaster LOOPDETLM, and a gooseneck stand for a key pad, a Fire department override key-switch and a key-switch to lock open or automate the system.
