The contractor shall install and maintain mobile camera stations to monitor the site. A site plan must be provided to the Conservancy prior to installation. Mobile camera units shall be operational 24 hours per day and promptly activate warning sirens and lights to dissuade intruders. In the event of an incident where sirens, lights, or speech do not dissuade intruders, the contractor must report the trespass to the proper authorities as listed below: • California Highway Patrol Dispatch - (530) 332-1200. • 911 in an emergency (example: fire, life threating situations, etc.). • If bears, racoons, or other large animals enter the site, the Contractor shall activate lights and sirens to prevent the animals from entering the buildings.
