Prepare approximately 5,652 sq. ft. of existing poured-in-place rubber surfacing by breaking up and loosening the material in advance of volunteer-led removal. The scheduled date for removal by volunteers is October 4, 2025. Contractor must complete surface breakup by this date and shall be responsible for hauling and legal disposal of the broken material, plus be on site for this service day. Furnish and install a new interlocking tile safety surfacing system that meets the following minimum specifications: o Tested and certified to meet ASTM F1292 for impact attenuation with a minimum fall height protection of 8 feet. o Compliant with ADA accessibility standards , including ASTM F1951 for wheelchair access. o Minimum Class A fire rating per ASTM E108. o Constructed of durable materials designed for long-term outdoor use in public park environments.
