Monthly C*Cure Security System Monitoring and "As Needed" Maintenance and Repair Services

A. C*CURE 9000 Access Control System 1. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide security monitoring and repairs. Repairs shall include, but not be limited to, all hardware, in part or as a system. 2. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement:  Any door hardware associated with the Security System;  Card Readers;  Electrified Strikes;  Electric Door Locks;  Power Supplys;  Transceivers;  Transformers;  Power Transfer hinges;  Request to Exit Devices;  Personality Modules;  Proximity Access Cards;  ISTARS Panel (s);  ISTARS backup batteries. 3. The Contractor will be expected to test ISTARS panel(s) for proper operation including:  Complete functional test of all components and modules;  Emergency power switch over, and  Battery conditions.
