The City of Weed (“City”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for comprehensive mold remediation services at City Hall. Work includes investigation, containment, removal, cleaning, disposal, and restoration across the entire building, in accordance with: • ANSI/IICRC S520 (Professional Mold Remediation Standard) • EPA Mold Remediation in Government Buildings • California Building Standards Code (Title 24) • California Labor Code (Prevailing Wage, DIR Registration) • Findings and recommendations in Attachment A titled “Guzi-West Mycometer & Tape Lift Investigation Report (12/19/24)” • Requirements of the City's Standard Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA), provided as Attachment B (executed after award)
