A. Build Back – Walls Contractor shall: 1. Install one (1) access door in wall for plumbing inspection and repair. 2. Replace sheetrock previously removed in toilet and shower areas (for mold mitigation), using purple drywall, and following industry standards. 3. Tape and seal all joints using professional grade, paper-based tape at all drywall joints following industry standards. 4. Install Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) on walls from floor base to a height of (4) four feet in both toilet and shower areas. B. Build Back – General Contractor shall: 1. Reinstall two (2) toilets and one (1) urinal utilizing industry standard seals. 2. Reinstall stall dividers. 3. Finish any remaining sheetrock, tape and texture. 4. Paint the following using color matching, enamel-based paint: a) All new sheetrock not covered with Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) b) Existing sheetrock, including locker room area C. Contractor shall warranty all work, labor, and material for a period of two (2) years. D. Remove all debris, including packaging material off-site, daily.
