Contractor agrees to provide the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) with mobile transportation refrigeration unit and trailer maintenance and repair services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, parking fees and bridge tolls, insurance, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. Services shall be performed on, but not limited to, the equipment listed below and identified in the Equipment List (Exhibit A) attached herein and made a part of this agreement.
