A. Contractor shall provide a portable shower trailer with the following specifications: 1) Portable shower trailer with eight (8) individual propane-heated stalls, with one (1) shower head and one (1) sink in each stall 2) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) temperature-controlled system 3) Interior Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting 4) Delivery, installation, set-up, maintenance, repairs, and removal at no additional charge B. To ensure all equipment is working properly, the Contractor shall maintain all equipment during site visits which shall occur once a month or as needed, at no additional cost to CAL FIRE. Equipment maintenance shall not include waste pumping services. C. The Contractor shall inspect the mobile showers and restrooms with the CAL FIRE Project Representative at time of delivery and at time of pick up at the end of the contracted agreement period. Any damages identified at delivery must be recorded by both parties. If there are damages at the conclusion of the contract that were not identified at the beginning, CAL FIRE will be billed for repairs at market rate. Any damages shall be recorded with photos and a written report, as well as verified by both parties prior to the mobile shower and restroom trailer being picked up and removed by the Contractor. D. CAL FIRE will return to the equipment in good condition subject to reasonable wear and tear. CAL FIRE will not be liable for loss or damages to the rental equipment from any cause whatsoever during periods of transportation or during the period the equipment is in CAL FIRE’s possession, except when loss or damages result from the negligent act or omissions of the State or its officers, employees, or agents. E. CAL FIRE will provide water with a sewer connection, power supply, and fuel. F. CAL FIRE will properly use and clean equipment as instructed by the Contractor’s specifications. G. CAL FIRE will be responsible for supplying cleaning and supplies (i.e., toilet paper, soap, etc.) throughout the duration of the Agreement.
