All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to provide Mobile Phlebotomy and Laboratory Analysis Services. The primary goal of this program is to provide mobile phlebotomy and laboratory analysis services for the testing of employees who may have been exposed to communicable disease in the workplace, such as tuberculosis or for medical surveillance programs for County employees. Applicants applying for positions with the County of Orange may require mobile phlebotomy services at agency hiring events or have the need for convenient laboratory draw station locations to complete required medical requirements for health clearances. Employee Health Services is seeking qualified organizations that can provide licensed and experienced phlebotomists, clinical laboratory services with current Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) lab licensure in good standing with the State of California Department of Public Health laboratory licensing requirements. The selected Contractor(s) shall have a demonstrated history of dependability, accurate and prompt lab resulting, and a superior patient and customer service record.
