The selected contractor will provide a turnkey mobile parking payment solution that includes: • A mobile application for iOS and Android platforms, a web-based portal, and an optional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. • Seamless integration with the City’s current and future enforcement systems, including automated license plate readers (ALPR)-based technologies. • Zone creation, time-of-day pricing adjustments, and real-time management of parking policies, rates, and inventory. • Remote initiation, extension, and termination of parking sessions with GPS and zone code input. • Real-time transaction validation and enforcement Application Programming Interface (API) for license plate-based enforcement. • Secure processing of credit card, debit card, digital wallet, and other emerging forms of mobile payment. • Guest checkout, user accounts, payment history access, and multi-vehicle profile management.
