Contra Costa Water District is seeking a mobile crane vendor to provide quarterly, annual and quadrennial inspections of all major components that complies with appropriate OSHA regulations and the Crane Manufactures Association of America (CMAA) requirements. Prices must be all-inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, and travel unless specifically noted as repair service cost. • Service Trucks • Boom Trucks • Lattice Cranes Quarterly Inspections will Include: • Lubrication of all required components. • Inspection of bolted and welded connections. • Minor adjustments to both electrical and mechanical components, including, but not limited to limit switches, control switches and brakes. • Operational tests through full range of functions. • Detailed inspection report along with summary of issues to be addressed with written recommendations for repairs, spare parts inventory, and additional maintenance requirements. Annual Inspections will Include: • Lubrication of all required components. • Inspection of bolted and welded connections. • Minor adjustments to both electrical and mechanical components, including, but not limited to limit switches, control switches and brakes. • Operational tests through full range of functions. • Detailed inspection report along with summary of issues to be addressed with written recommendations for repairs, spare parts inventory, and additional maintenance requirements. • Should include all inspection criteria as the quarterly inspection. • Should also include a “weighted” lift.
