Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) General Requirements a. Contractor shall provide blocking of all 1-XXX-976 and 1-900. Upon notification and request from the District, Contractor shall provide blocking of specifically listed 1-700 services or other numbers and/or other requested services i.e. 411. These services shall be provided to the District at no additional cost. Due to the volume of and movement of users within the District, the contractor(s) shall not charge a fee for activating or deactivating service and will perform the activation or deactivation within 24 hours from verification of placement of the request. (See Attachment A “Orders and Reporting” for additional details). b. The current District assigned phone numbers must be portable between wireless service providers and is required to be done at no charge to the District. The old service will be canceled automatically as part of the transfer process. c. The contractor must agree not to publish in any telephone directory or otherwise distribute any of District’s wireless numbers without the express written permission of the District. d. In the event of a change in service providers, the new provider shall freeze minutes usage to cellular telephones not yet transitioned to eliminate the possibility of the District paying for minutes that were previously inclusive of a fixed cost e.g., mobile- to-mobile. e. The “Pricing Plans” shall be firm for the entire contract period unless lower rates are offered. In this case, the District shall be given the benefit of the new, lower rates and/or improved plans. The proposer shall provide a current up to date copy of the catalog or published price list with the proposal and provide an updated catalog or published price list when prices change. f. Any price reductions, special offerings, sales, or promotions that come out during the term of the contract, shall be passed on to the District as soon as they are announced by the Service Provider and shall be considered part of the contract. The District reserves the right to audit as necessary to ensure that all reductions in costs to the District are reflected in the agreement. g. For the District to keep current on ever-changing technology, it is a required to have the ability to add additional equipment and services as they become available for no less than the discount specified in the contract for the life of the contract. This includes cost-saving opportunities or the use of enhanced features for example. h. The Contractor(s) will provide an Internet website listing the District’s contract pricing for all equipment and additional accessories provided under any resulting contract. The Contractor shall provide the District with a fully functional and implemented website within 1 month of start of contract. i. The Contractor shall ensure that the website and all the features and functionalities requested are operational during the District’s stated hours of operations. Any interruptions in service shall be remedied immediately and are subject to Service Credits as indicated in the Service Credits section. j. Provide a network infrastructure that supports LTE or better primary network access
