The City of Mission Viejo is requesting proposals from select consulting firms/teams (Consultant) qualified to provide Professional Engineering and Environmental services (preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, and the preparation of final plans, specifications, & estimates package) for the Quad City Trail Project (the “Project”) in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information carefully prior to submitting a proposal. Funding for the Project is from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program and as such, the project must comply with the FHWA and Caltrans requirements for federally funded projects per the latest Local Assistance Procedures Manual.
