The Energy Concierge service will provide an objective single point of contact to assist local government and special district staff with finding and accessing technical assistance, financing, and incentive programs offered in the Bay Area for all types of energy-related improvements to public buildings (energy efficiency, demand response, distributed energy resources, etc.). Consultant assistance is needed to develop and implement the Energy Concierge service. Specifically, the selected consultant will help design the Energy Concierge service and provide local government support once the service is launched. The consultant will also be responsible for general management of the project and data collection and reporting during implementation. This service will include Integrated Demand Side Management (IDSM) measures, such as demand response, distributed energy generation, and/or electric vehicle charging. Work to support IDSM measures, as covered in Subtask 4.2 below, must be tracked and invoiced separately.
