The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPUD) is requesting quotations for the rental, delivery, and bi-monthly maintenance of five (5) metal parts washers (two (2) washers located at LBPUD OSC (Sewer and Garage), one (1) located at Treatment Plant, and two (2) located at LBPUD Gas Facility) in accordance to the LBPUD needs and/or fund availability. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, parts, equipment, and labor necessary to provide the rental, delivery, and bi-monthly maintenance of five (5) metal parts washers. Three (3) metal parts washers shall include a working washing area of approximately 36" long, 20" wide & 11" high; and two (2) metal parts washers shall include a working washing area of approx. 33'' long, 22" wide & 8" high. The five (5) parts washers require a pump, heater, cleaning brush, work light, SCAQMD approved cleaning solution, and shall be constructed in metal. All five (5) parts washers shall be a maximum of 110 volts. See drawings as a reference.
