Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is seeking to establish a list of a Provider (individuals or groups) to deliver comprehensive, integrated, school-based counseling services focusing on social emotional/ behavior support beginning the 2024-2025 academic year for students’ grades TK - 12 grade. The District may establish a list of approved providers, along with their contact information, available services, specialties, and cost. Any agreement issued as a result of this RFQ-P does not guarantee any minimum amount of service or payment. A provider shall not perform services with FSUSD without a fully Executed District Agreement and the issuance of a District Purchase Order. A provider will be compensated by FSUSD for services satisfactorily rendered in accordance with the RFQ-P and District requirement. A sample of the District Agreement is attached for reference purposes only.
