Specifications include, but are not limited to: In this Second Round of Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Request for Proposals the County is requesting specific types of programs that have been identified as priority needs by community stakeholders that provided input which was included in the County’s Community Mental Health Needs Report and Plan as well as the County’s External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) Audit Report, discussions with community mental health providers, hospital administrators and staff, law enforcement representatives, the Napa County Commission on Aging, MH Board members and other stakeholders. All programs are intended to address community needs and prevent the development of mental illness. PEI programs have unique strategies and reporting criteria.
