This RFP covers three broad areas of MHSA, including MHSA General Support and Technical Assistance; Stakeholder Planning and Engagement; and MHSA Innovation (INN) Technical Assistance and Project Implementation. The services requested in this RFP are divided into five Disciplines across the three areas of MHSA – (1) Discipline One is Behavioral Health Finance Professional Services; (2) Discipline Two is Communication and Writing Professional Services; (3) Discipline Three is Stakeholder Planning and Engagement Professional Services; (4) Discipline Four is Research and Evaluation Professional Services; and (5) Discipline Five is Project Implementation Professional Services. Discipline One, Discipline Two, Discipline Three, Discipline Four and Discipline Five services are described in Section III. Model Contract, Attachment A (Scope of Work).
