1) Pre-employment physical examinations; 2) Functional capacity evaluation/assessment (including ADA assessments); 3) Department of Motor Vehicle physicals; 4) Fitness-for-Duty evaluations and Disability Retirement evaluations; 5) Drug Screening (includes DOT regulated tests); 6) Hepatitis B inoculations; 7) Medical/legal witness for the City Attorney and Risk Management Office; 8) Medical consultation for Civil Service Boards regarding medical appeals; 9) On-site presentations and discussions with staff and employees regarding a variety of medical related employee wellness issues (i.e., weight control, cholesterol level, blood pressure, exercise), and other Risk Management related issues as requested; 10) COVID-19 testing; 11) Treatment for job related injury/illness.
