Merced County on behalf of the Human Services Agency (HSA) is soliciting bids for vendors of medical equipment and supplies to assist those aging in place. The supplies will support clients by providing the necessary tools and aids to assist in safety and fall prevention, mobility and personal care, health monitoring and medical management, and home modification. The most common equipment and supplies have been outlined in the list below; uncommon equipment or supplies will be determined on a case by case basis. Any additional charges for equipment or supplies assembly should be included in the final price for each line bid item.
