A. Supply all necessary equipment and materials to complete this project. B. Contractor shall be licensed in the State of California with a Class A license (General Engineering Contractor). C. Work shall be performed on weekend days agreed upon by the Contractor and the Meadowview Campus Project Coordinator. D. Work shall be warranted for 3 years from the completion date. E. Submit a work plan and schedule to the Meadowview Campus Project Coordinator for approval. F. Clean surfaces and cracks to be sealed and painted with blowers, hand brooms and/or pressure washers prior to sealant application and painting. G. Treat oil deposits. H. Apply clearcoat, overlay, or slurry to all cracks ¼” and wider. I. Apply two coats of asphalt sealant or sealcoating over parking areas and driveway to cover approximately 200,000 square feet. J. All painting shall be done with two coats of traffic paint. K. Restripe and repaint the parking lot using the existing lines which may include the following: visitor parking, fire lane identification (in red), ADA handicap parking, no parking and/or loading zones, delivery parking areas, and any areas that presently have hatch marks or other stenciling. L. Remove and replace concrete wheel stops (also known as curb stops). M. All recyclables and refuse generated by Contractor shall be disposed of offsite. N. All work is to be completed according to the work plan. O. Any work deemed unsatisfactory by the Project Coordinator shall be redone at no additional expense. P. Contractor is responsible for properly maintaining the work site and for storing materials in a safe and secure manner; location to be specified by owner. Owner is not responsible for vehicles, equipment, tools and materials that are not secured. Q. Contractor will be responsible for all quality-control issues and for accidental or incidental damage caused during the work. R. Contractor shall provide safety and warning signs and adequate barriers to ensure the jobsite is adequately marked and segregated so access is restricted to only those authorized to perform the work.
