The general items of work include clearing/grubbing; installation of outdoor exercise equipment; removal of the existing sandbox and installation of accessible playground, including new equipment and concrete walkway; removal of the existing mechanical equipment; removal and replacement of the existing water fountain; installation of a concrete seating around the play equipment with a new gate, a bocce ball court and a staging platform; removal and replacement of the existing outdoor game tables; upgrading the exterior lighting fixtures to LED; repairing the existing restroom building; repairing/painting the existing gate and fence; removal and replacement of the decomposed granite path; and upgrading existing irrigation and landscaping.
