1. All required inspections per 2022 California Building Standards Code and project scope of work. 2. Visual inspection of concrete formwork, concrete testing, and reinforcement inspections. 3. Welding inspection for rebar (shop and site) and continuous inspection for placement of all reinforcing steel. 4. Onsite inspection and material testing for unit masonry assemblies, including preconstruction testing and pull test at wall anchors. 5. Inspection of field and shop welds, high strength bolt connections, non-destructive testing, inspection of all erection and identification of all structural steel. 6. Inspection of steel deck welding. 7. Inspection of sheathing and framing. 8. Inspection of all light-gage welding. 9. Inspection of full brick veneer installation. 10. Inspection of stairs and handrails connections (welds, bolts, etc.). 11. Pull test of approximately 10% of acoustical panel ceiling suspension wires. 12. Visual inspections for epoxy/drill in anchors. 13. Inspection of firestop penetrations and joints in accordance with 2022 CBC Section 1705.18. 14. Inspection of sprayed fire-resistive materials and intumescent fire-resistive materials. 15. Inspection and testing of roof top fall arrest anchors in accordance with CalOSHA and other applicable AHJ requirements. Provide unit cost per anchor.
