Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consists of providing Street and Alley construction, maintenance, repair and immediate repair services at an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will be awarded the contract with a “not to exceed amount” and established prices for labor, equipment, and materials. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals required to perform street and alley repair and or improvements. Services may include but are not limited to asphalt patching, repair and or reconstruction, concrete work, utility adjustments, survey preservation, installation of traffic loops and pavement markings. Services is on a time and material (T&M) basis and will require a written quote in advance. All traffic control, equipment and materials will be provided by the contractor.
