Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marketing and Advertising: a) Create advertising campaigns (print/broadcast/digital/online) to include written plan, objectives, audiences, strategies, tactics, and measurable outcomes. b) Develop and design advertisements, brochures, social media posts, posters, banners, logos, flyers, reports and other marketing deliverables. Provide native file to ARMC for archiving. c) Media planning and buying including negotiating with vendors, client meetings and creating video, film and/or other materials for broadcast, sharing and posting. d) Agency will coordinate all approved advertising buys and media placement through to invoicing and ARMC accounts payable will pay final bill directly to the media. e) Develop original text and promotional copywriting. Public Relations: a) Develop a strategic social media plan for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram You Tube and future social platforms. b) Identify and submit hospital programs/service lines for award opportunities. c) Create messaging for various channels to geo-target key audiences to drive awareness of ARMC and traffic to the website. d) Develop and pitch press releases, media advisories, and fact sheets. Communications: a) Develop marketing and communication campaigns for the launch of ARMC’s new EPIC electronic health record system that will touch every aspect of the hospital. b) Develop quality graphic design for display at the hospital and clinics informing patients, visitors and staff about the new electronic health record and other hospital initiatives. c) Graphic design services should be included in contract. Most printing will be done by ARMC. d) Promote ARMC’s research capabilities through electronic newsletter, social media, and placement in local, regional and national media. e) Promote ARMC’s physicians, nurses and health care providers in local and national media. Video: a) Develop and produce video for broadcast commercials, social media distribution and for other digital initiatives. Which will include the following: i. Writing Scripts ii. Recommending Visuals iii. Casting and working with ARMC client to finalize and approve.
