The successful bidder will be responsible for the following: 1. Procuring new furniture items as specified in the attached furniture plans and specifications (Attachments A - D) for delivery to the bidder’s designated warehousing facility. a. Furniture Package A – Open line furniture b. Furniture Package B – Allsteel c. Furniture Package C – Herman Miller & MillerKnoll d. Furniture Package D - Steelcase 2. Safely storing all furniture items as needed to accommodate a “just-in-time” delivery to the various library branches based on the targeted delivery dates. 3. Delivering all specified furniture items according to the project schedule, including delivery to site, unpacking, placement, and removal of all packaging materials. This project will be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at prevailing wage. Vendors shall account for prevailing wage in pricing. 4. Reviewing the County of Marin General Services Agreement and Requirements for Contractors. The successful bidder must agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in these documents.
