Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Respondent will provide complete operations and management for the WestBasin Marina including approximately 980 existing boat slips, 6 Boater Service Buildings,various commercial tenants, parking lots, and surrounding ancillary areas designated as the WestBasin Marina site located within Dana Point Harbor. Responsibilities will include, but may notbe limited to, the following:1. Office Operations:a) Maintain hours of operation for the on-site Marina office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,seven (7) days per week except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas day, or any otherOC Dana Point Harbor-approved closureb) An employee holding a management position shall be available within the Premisesduring such hours of operation and be on-call 24 hours per day andc) Office shall be staffed with qualified accounting and maintenance staff.2. When necessary, make recommendations on existing Rules and Regulations for Marina useconsistent with current County policy, and if requested develop and suggest new rules toinclude, but not limited to the following:a)Rules & Regulations within the facilityb)Use of the Marina by commercial building tenantsc)Use of the Marina by the general publicd)Use of the Marina by Boaters ande)Implementation of Best Management Practices
