1. Project goal and objectives: ITD wants to improve its overall IT services which are provided to the County and is seeking innovative and cost-effective Managed Service Provider to assist in migrating from our current private data centers to a more modern data center solution which supports our critical infrastructure, provides complete failover redundancy and increases resiliency. a. The managed service provider is to provide: o Migration services to the Managed Service Provider platform hosted at the co-location data center. o Hardware managed services at the co-location data centers. o Handle the operational aspects for the hardware including design, delivery, engineering, support, and lifecycle management. o Options to support existing County hardware. o Options for support beyond hardware. o Options for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. b.
