Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Managed EDI Services (MES) Contractor shall provide MES, in addition to expert and professional technical implementation services, and training in EDI components to CDCR’s. The training and knowledge transfer provided by the MES Contractor shall extend the functionality and usability of the Department’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 2005 SAP production system. The MES Contractor shall be the EDI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide system analysis in partnership with the EDI Project Manager (EPM) to ensure the successful implementation of an efficient and effective EDI Solution, including SAP system integration and interfaces. The MES Contractor shall act as leader in the development, implementation and adherence to EDI processes that will ensure long-term viability of CDCR’s EDI system and business processes.
