Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Requirements for Quarterly Services: Compressor Oil and filter change Compressor intake Air filter change Check and clean compressor valves Check and re-torque bolts Check automatic control mechanism for proper settings and operation Check safety valves Check belt wear and tension Clean cylinder and inter-cooler fans for proper cooling Check/clean condensate separator and blowdown valve Certified Air Quality testing with ambient air samples and source air samples A copy of each air sample certification will be supplied by the Contractor to the Sheriff Coroner/ Harbor Patrol Division Contractor shall replace purification cartridges (1) PD1803 twice yearly. Services shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, excluding County Holidays. County Holidays are: New Year’s Day Labor Day Martin Luther King’s Birthday Columbus Day Lincoln’s Birthday Veteran’s Day President’s Day Thanksgiving Day & Friday after Thanksgiving Memorial Day Christmas Day Independence Day Maximum response time from initial contact by the County: Four (4) hours.
