Genetec software updates and back-ups: Contractor shall provide routine software updates as recommended by manufacturer. 2. Genetec software evaluation: Technician will run Health Check and review all alarm warnings and outstanding Health Check items. 3. Genetec – Storage and Application Server(s). a. Run test on and inspect unit drive to ensure operation. b. Review archive history/reports. c. Review history reports for improper system operation. d. Run software storage utility. e. Verify system resources capacity. f. Report any damaged or non-functioning equipment. 4. Renewal agreements for the required Genetec planned service (software support agreement). B. EMERGENCY SERVICE Contractor shall provide on-call service for video security system, monitoring, intrusion and access systems 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including holidays to minimize downtime.
