Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Scope of services will include, but is not limited to the following main services on equipment located within SFPUC-WWE system wide: 1. Monthly Maintenance and Inspections 2. Operational Testing, Refer to Section C Below 3. Mandatory Monthly Inspection, Maintenance, Certification Refer to section B Below 4. Annual Certification, Refer to Section C Below 5. Troubleshoot and Configuration, Refer to Section C 6. “As-needed Repairs” B. WWE Security Process Surveillance “labor work” entails cleaning, checking camera enclosures, cable management, and basic inspection of electrical operations, midspan, access control equipment, UPS, etc. C. WWE Security Process Surveillance “professional services” entail work performed on the following; 1. Servers (Operating system, configuration, backup, restoration, monitor disk usage, monitoring alarms, applications, management tools, hardware, archiving, etc). 2. Network switches (configuration, backup, firmware, troubleshooting, alarm events, etc). 3. Access points (configuration, backup, firmware, troubleshooting, alarm events, etc). 4. Access control units (configuration, backup, firmware, troubleshooting, alarm events, etc). 5. Cameras (configuration, backup, firmware, troubleshooting, etc). 6. Data Storage units (configuration, backup, firmware, troubleshooting, etc) D. For Security Process Surveillance and their associated equipment located throughout the City and County of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Wastewater Enterprise (SFPUC-WWE). 1. City, at its sole discretion, may increase or decrease the number of Security Process Surveillance equipment and associated equipment listed in Attachment B. Any new equipment added to the contract for “as needed repairs” will be covered by the contract at the same terms, conditions and rates.
