Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, travel, and incidentals for the following work to be performed pursuant with Attachment A, Attachment B, and within this Exhibit A, as follows: 1) Contractor shall prepare a MEPA work plan pursuant to and in compliance with the Standard Specifications, Section 20-10.03C (4). 2) Contractor shall water existing plants using the provided temporary irrigation facility to keep them in a healthy growing condition. a) Contractor shall develop a water delivery strategy utilizing truck watering and connect to the existing irrigation facility via cam coupler. b) Contractor shall use the water delivery strategy for the existing irrigation facility until the end of this Agreement. c) Contractor shall utilize the water delivery strategy to irrigate the existing plants in accordance with monthly MEPA and Attachment 1, Bid Proposal, Line Item 6. 3) Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and watering services, including water expenses. Maintenance and watering services are not required for four (4) months out of the year; December, January, February and March. Contractor shall inform Caltrans Contract Manager in writing about which months of the year there will be no maintenance and/or watering.
