File collaboration by those authorized to access the system and individual files; 5. System administration with control over user accounts and system access levels (access control); 6. The ability to share and collaborate on files with non-system account holders via secure link or other methodology; 7. The ability to communicate in-system with collaborators; 8. Ease of use via a modern user-friendly UI/UX design; 9. High or unlimited file sizes for uploads/downloads; 10. High or unlimited storage capacity; 11. No time limits on storage
