1. Poway High School: a. Demolish, remove, and dispose of approximately 650 linear feet of existing gutter system on west elevation of Building H and north and south elevations on Building B. (Building H to include (8) sheet metal outlets and under-soffit horizontal downspouts connecting to cast iron drainpipes.) b. Furnish and install approximately 650 linear feet of prefinished sheet metal gutters. i. All new sheet metal material to be 22-gauge galvalume with factory applied Kynar 500 Fluorocarbon paint finish. (Color selection to be made after award.) ii. Building H to include (8) sheet metal outlets and under-soffit horizontal downspouts connecting to existing cast iron drainpipes. 2. Mesa Verde Middle School: a. Demolish, remove, and dispose of approximately 770 linear feet of existing gutter system at existing canopies where translucent fiberglass (Kalwall) panels occur. See Fig. 2. Leaving all intact PVC downspouts in place. b. Furnish and install approximately 815 linear feet of prefinished sheet metal gutters. i. All new sheet metal material to be 22 gauge galvalume with factory applied Kynar 500 Fluorocarbon paint finish. (Color selection to be made after award.) ii. Approximately 770 linear feet of the gutter is replacing existing. Approximately 45 linear feet of gutter will be new installation. (See Fig. 2, new installation designated in blue.) iii. Furnish and install (3) 3inch round galvanized steel pipe downspouts at locations designated in green on Fig. 2. All other downspout connections will be made to existing downspouts.
