Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor personnel must possess skills to observe and identify situations within their assigned area that could lead to potentially critical results, and if necessary, take direction from public safety officers, Cal Expo representatives, and venue management. 2. Contractor will provide all required equipment for employees, at no additional charge to Cal Expo, which includes, but not limited to: • Flashlights • Radios • Uniform 3. All Contractor personnel will wear professional matching uniforms clearly marked “Security” and the name of the company. 4. All Contractor personnel will have Bureau of Security & Investigative Services cards. 5. Contractor will provide security personnel from 5 to 80 guards depending on the venue needs as determined by the venue manager and Cal Expo Chief of Police (who will have the final say) 6. Contractor will provide the venue manager a list of personnel assigned to an event five (5) days prior to event which includes shift times. 7. Contractor personnel are required to sign in when they arrive and sign out when they depart on venue sign in sheet provided by Cal Expo. 8. Contractor will provide a supervisor to coordinate with venue management and Cal Expo Police Department personnel. 9. Contractor shall provide the name and contact phone number of a fulltime emergency contact and alternate who is responsible for administrating the operation. 10.Contractor personnel may be assigned to other tasks not listed which are consistent with sports and entertainment venue needs.
